B.Pharm - 60 Seats 

Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary, Kerala or examinations recognized as equivalent then to, with 50% mark in Biology/Mathematics/Bio-tech/Computer Science separately and 50% mark in physics, chemistry and biology/ Mathematics/ Bio-tech/ Computer science put together are eligible. Candidates from national open school are not eligible to apply for the course.

D.Pharm  - 60 Seats 

A pass in any of the following Examinations with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics

1. Intermediate examination in science
2. the first year of three year degree course in science
3. 10+2 examination (academic stream) in science
4. Pre-degree examination, or v) any other qualifications approved by PCI as equivalent to any of the above examinations.

M.Pharm - Pharmaceutics -  10 Seats

Candidates who have passed the B.Pharm degree examination of Kerala University of Health Sciences or an examination equivalent thereto of any other university recognized by Kerala University of Health Sciences with not less than a total of 55% marks for the B.Pharm degree examination shall be eligible for admission to M.Pharm degree course. The candidates should have undergone B.Pharm degree course in an institution approved by AICTE and the PCI.
